- Accuracy of Billing and Account Information: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Printing Terms
- Digital Printing vs. Flexographic Printing: For orders involving fewer than 5000 pouches per SKU, digital printing is employed as the standard method due to its cost efficiency and flexibility. Please be aware that digital printing may not replicate colors with the same exactitude as flexographic printing, which uses Pantone color matching for precision.
- Color Variability in Digital Printing: When selecting digital printing, note that colors may vary slightly from your original design due to the limitations of digital printing technology. The final product may not exactly match the colors displayed on your computer screen or your provided design.
- Option for Flexographic Printing: Flexographic printing is available upon request for orders under 5000 bags per SKU but may incur additional costs due to the specialized setup required. This printing method is recommended for customers requiring precise color matching to their brand specifications.
- Acceptance of Color Variability: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge and accept that there may be slight differences in color when choosing digital printing and that PackingPigeon.com is not liable for these variations.
Additional Product Terms
- Overages in Order Fulfillment: To ensure customer satisfaction and to account for any potential defects in manufacturing, PackingPigeon.com routinely provides an overage of pouches ranging from 50 to 500 units more than the quantity ordered. This overage is provided at no additional cost to you.
- Quality Control: While we strive for quality in all our products, we do not individually inspect every pouch. The provision of additional pouches is intended to compensate for any occasional defects that may occur.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order at PackingPigeon.com, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
