Our minimum order is just 500 custom pouches, making it easy to test a new product without committing to thousands of bags. Need multiple designs? You can split your order across SKUs as long as each design meets the minimum quantity requirements.

Most custom pouch orders are produced in 15 business days after artwork approval. We’ll provide tracking as soon as your order leaves the factory.

Absolutely. We place your artwork onto the production dieline at no extra charge. If you don’t have finished artwork yet, we can also provide templates or help guide your designer through the process.

Don’t worry if you’re not sure. Our configurator recommends the best material based on what you’re packaging. Whether you need recyclable, compostable, or high-barrier packaging, we’ll help you choose the right option for your product.

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof showing exactly how your pouch will look. Production doesn’t begin until you’ve reviewed and approved your proof.

Yes. We ship throughout Canada, the United States, and internationally. Shipping is free on qualifying orders within Canada and the U.S., and international shipping options are calculated during checkout or quoting.

If your order has a verified manufacturing defect, we’ll either reprint the affected pouches or provide a refund. We stand behind every order and want you to be completely confident when ordering from us.

Yes. We offer both printed sample pouches and material samples so you can review the quality before placing a larger production order. Sample costs are credited back on qualifying production orders.
